1. PRICING
1.1 All prices displayed on the website are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
1.2 Prices displayed on the website do not include: A mandatory travel permit fee of 260,000 VND per foreign traveler for routes passing through the Ha Giang border area, as required by Government Decree No. 34/2014/ND-CP.
2. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT
2.1 The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash (Vietnamese Dong) — no surcharge.
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay) — a 3.5% processing fee applies.
2.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at Wings tour at the time of check-in.
2.3 Payment of the remaining balance must be completed before the start of the tour at the main office.
2.4 Wings tour is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
3. CANCELLATION
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- For Ha Giang Loop group motorbike tours (2 Days 1 Night, 3 Days 2 Nights, and 4 Days 3 Nights), customers may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.
- For private motorbike tours, car tours, and Big Loop tours, customers may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled departure date.
- For Jeep tours, customers may cancel free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled departure date.
- For cancellations made after the applicable deadline, the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
3.2 In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the deposit will be forfeited and the booking will be considered cancelled.
3.3 If the customer cancels during the tour or departs early for any reason, no refund will be provided for any unused services. However, each case will be reviewed individually, and exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Wings tour.
3.4 Customers who wish to cancel are encouraged to notify Wings tour as early as possible via email or WhatsApp so that the reserved space may be offered to other guests.
4. CHANGES TO TOUR DATES
4.1 Customers may request a change to the tour start date or tour end date if notification is made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the tour start date.
4.2 A change fee based on a percentage of the tour price may apply, depending on the availability of the tour and any related services.
4.3 All date change requests must be made via email or WhatsApp. Changes are only confirmed once Wings Tour has sent written confirmation.
5. COMPLAINTS
5.1 Customers may submit complaints regarding any service by contacting Wings tour via email or telephone.
5.2 All complaints will be acknowledged and addressed within a maximum of three (3) business days from the date of receipt.
5.3 In cases of force majeure, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
6. FORCE MAJEURE AND EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
6.1 In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, epidemics, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of either party), or in cases of medical conditions supported by valid documentation, Wings may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund of the deposit or issue a credit for future use after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
